Introduction

              Civil Engineering discipline was started in the year 2006-2007. Civil Engineering department has B.E., Undergraduate course and M.E. (Structural Engineering),Post Graduate course with an intake of 120 students in UG & 24 students in PG. The department has well equipped labs. All the faculty members have minimum PG qualifications and are committed towards teaching.Apart from the curriculum specified by Anna University, this department conducts value added industry related courses namely Project Engineering for the final year and STAAD – Professional for the third year B.E. students, making them more employable.
